Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that the recalled products contain methyl eugenol above the maximum concentration outlined in the Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist (‘Hotlist’). Methyl eugenol is prohibited as a pure ingredient on the Hotlist due to its potential for carcinogenicity but is permitted as a naturally occurring component in botanical extracts with specific limits depending on the product type. As of January 7, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

A small number for carbon fibre forks may not contain sufficient resin, resulting in delamination of the carbon layers thereby weakening the fork structure and posing a fall hazard. As of Dec 31, 2025 the company has received no reports of injuries or incidents in Canada

The recalled product does not meet the child-resistant packaging requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. The lack of child-resistant packaging could result in unintended exposure to the products and lead to serious illness, injury or death. As of December 22, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

The Craftsman V20 150W Power Inverter does not meet requirements under the CSA Standard 107.1 Power Conversion Equipment and may produce inconsistent outputs, which poses a fire hazard. As of December 19, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

STIHL Limited has issued a product safety recall for BR800 C-E Z and BR 800 X-Z backpack Blower models due to a possible fan wheel molding defect that could result in the fracture of the fan wheel during operation of the blower.   As of December 17, 2025, the company has received no reports of injury in Canada.

The recalled products can contain the bacteria Klebsiella aerogenes. People with weakened immune systems, external medical devices, and underlying lung conditions who are exposed to the bacteria face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, or through the eyes or a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are usually not affected by the bacteria. The recalled products contain phenol which is a prohibited Hotlist ingredient. Phenolic compounds are known skin sensitizers and can produce chemical burns (corrosive action) to the skin. As of December 12, 2025, Health Canada has received 1 report of injury in Canada.

Relight candles are banned in Canada. These candles can spontaneously relight after being blown out and can re-ignite after disposal, posing a fire hazard.

The affected products are packaged in the wrong pack. The labels for the affected product have incorrect cannabinoid values. The labels show that the CBD is higher than the actual value. The CBG value is also missing from the labels.

When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This can pose an entrapment hazard and a risk of death by asphyxiation. As of December 10, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Isla Rae Magnetic Wireless Charger can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. As of November 26, 2025, the company has received 5 reports of incidents of mild burns in Canada.

The recalled products were found to contain mould. Mould may pose a health risk to individuals with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs or an allergy to mould. As of December 4, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
